LUCELEC has partnered with the National Community Foundation (NCF) since the non-profit opened its doors in 2002. One year later when the NCF launched the National Telethon, the company began making its donation at the event. The tradition continued on Sunday, June 2 with a $25,000 contribution. The funds donated by the company goes towards medical assistance. Last year, the NCF donated $168,000 to that part of its mandate. To date, LUCELEC has donated over 400,000 to the NCF. Sunday’s Telethon was held at the Financial Administrative Centre.
