Go Green Campaign

Attached are the cards and jingle that will be launched this week for the Customer Service “Go Green” campaign.

The purpose of this campaign is to promote our company’s digital transition to our remote services and encourage customers to access our services using these, namely:

  • WhatsApp and Email: Designed to enhance convenience and customer satisfaction
  • MyAccount: A self-service platform for managing customer accounts
  • Bill Balance Inquiry: Get your bill balance anytime, anywhere by calling 457-4433
  • Virtual Service Desk: A digital helpdesk on our website lucelec.com that is accessible anytime, anywhere.

We want to encourage the move to adopt paperless, efficient service options—like the shift to e-bills (an option currently available through MyAccount).

All team members play a critical role in not only understanding and knowing these remote options but in also encouraging customers to make the move to use them.
