Twenty-six (26) line managers are currently attending the second part of the HR Department “The Neuroscience of happiness, positive work relationships and inspirational leadership” training. The participants will be trained in two groups. Group 1 began their sessions on October 25 and will continue until November 15. Group 2 will be trained from October 26 to November 16.
Taught by Growth Opportunities Ltd, the course has four key objectives including to teach inspirational leadership for improved employee engagement and buy in from all stakeholders and to build cohesive teams where everyone’s opinion is sought and valued. The training will also instill the value of constant communication and feedback.
Team members will be trained once a week, over six half-day sessions. The first round of the “New Thinking” training was attended by executive, senior and middle management.
