We are pleased to invite applications for the 2025 LUCELEC Scholarship Programme. Employees whose children are successful in the 2025 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA) are invited to apply for a scholarship under the LUCELEC SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME.
All children of current LUCELEC employees are eligible, and scholarships will be awarded based on the CPEA results.
Additionally, students who successfully complete secondary school and gain entry into Sir Arthur Lewis Community College will have their scholarships extended for a maximum period of two (2) years.
The regulations governing the award of scholarships are as follows:
- Scholarships shall be tenable only at public secondary schools approved by the Ministry of Education in St. Lucia.
- Scholarships shall cover the cost of approved textbooks and supplies, mathematical set, school fees, CXC Examination fees and uniforms.
- A scholarship may be awarded only to a child of a current employee of LUCELEC.
- No more than five (5) scholarships will be awarded in any school year.
- Scholarships shall be awarded on the basis of the CPEA. The awards shall be to the best performers qualifying under rule 3 above and subject to rule 6 below.
- Scholarships may not be awarded if the Committee determines that a sufficiently high level was not attained in the CPEA.
- A company scholarship holder may not hold any other scholarship simultaneously.

Submit the completed form along with:
- A copy of your child’s CPEA Assignment Slip
- A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
All applications MUST be completed in full and submitted with the required documents for consideration.
