Just over 60 managers who work directly with employees will benefit from the “HR for Non HR Managers” training. The final HR training for the year, it will teach critical concepts related to effective human resource management. This is necessary to maintain acceptable performance standards and accountability from managers who are responsible for a variety of employment related issues that may arise.
The programme will highlight the best practices related to effective human resource management and provide clarity on the people management component of management roles. Throughout the two day programme, the role and responsibilities of the manager will be emphasized.
The training will be administered in three groups. The first session is scheduled for December 6 and 7 inside the T&D Training Room. The remaining managers will be trained in the first quarter of 2019.
