Thank you to everyone who joined us (physically and virtually) on September 23 for the launch of the Employee Information Centre (EIC) and the launch of Tigerhall. As was said reiterated during the launch, your presence and energy marked a meaningful step forward in how we communicate, learn, and grow together at LUCELEC.
1. What is Tigerhall?
Tigerhall is an innovative, user-friendly platform designed to support:
- Internal communication
- Change activation
- Employee development.
The key features include:
- Anytime, anywhere access to pre-produced and LUCELEC-curated learning content.
- AI-personalized learning paths aligned to individual professional goals.
- Peer-to-peer exchanges, expert-led insights, and employee-generated content.
- Ease of use interface with gamification elements to make learning engaging and intuitive.
This platform is not just a tool; it is a strategic investment in our people and culture.
2. Where are we now?
- Tigerhall was officially launched on September 23 during the Grand EIC Launch Activity.
- Project Teams are working to rollout the scheduled curated LUCELEC content and new learning trails to different user groups on the platform.
- The Pilot 100 Team has been given full access to the platform and are engaging and consuming content – to provide feedback for improvement and enhancement of the platform.
- Project management Team will continue to monitor and assess the engagement levels over time and manage the project through to completion.
- Following the pilot, Tigerhall will be scaled across all departments for the benefit of all employees starting July 2026.
