I reported a power outage at my apartment tonight at 19h55. At Eastwinds. My apartment was the only one without electricity.

I called the helpline and was assisted swiftly. Within 10mins the LUCELEC crew showed up and identified that my meter came loose from the wall and got water in it.

They replaced the meter and electricity was restored.
