Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Department is manned by one individual with two core areas of responsibility: legal and company secretarial duties.  

Under its legal arm, Corporate Services handles: 

  • All LUCELEC's legal matters such as court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, contentious negotiations and settlements (non-HR), review of all contracts including leases prior to execution. 
  • Legal interactions with the National Utilities Regulatory Commission (NURC) and local registries 

Under its corporate services arm, the Department: 

  • Provides corporate secretarial support for LUCELEC's Board and the Boards of its two subsidiary companies: Energyze Holdings Inc. (EHI) and LUCELEC Cap-Ins. inc. 
  • Engages with the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission, Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange Limited and Eastern Caribbean Central Securities Depository 
  • Attends to shareholder enquiries
