At LUCELEC, we are constantly striving to bring the benefits of state of the art technology and safer, more cost-efficient operations to our customers. We have made great strides in improving reliability, reducing fuel consumption and extending our service throughout the island. Over 98% of all households are now connected to the system and we are meeting the sharply increasing needs of our new and existing customers.

We utilise the most advanced computer systems available today, and a specialised software module for our billing operations. This enables us to effectively manage over 59,000 customer accounts, providing all operating centres access to the information they need to manage efficiently all customer needs.

Now our focus is on enhancing service to our customers at every point of interaction with the Company.
