Executive Administration

The Executive Administration Office has general oversight over all of LUCELEC’s operations. The Office has a staff compliment of three persons; our Managing Director Gilroy Pultie, his Administrative Assistant Thea Francis-Charlemagne, Courier/ Office Attendant Carol Volney.  

It is important to note that our Managing Director also serves as a member of LUCELEC’s Board of Directors and the Board of one of LUCELEC’s subsidiaries, Energyze Holding Inc. (EHI). 

As a result of  the Executive Administration Office being headed by the Managing Director, its most critical role and responsibility is overall oversight of the Company; steering the Company in the right direction. 

Some of the other responsibilities are as follows: 

  • Works with the management team to develop our Company’s strategy and budgets. 
  • Serves as a liaison between our Company and our Board of Directors. This includes providing our Board with regular updates on major projects, strategy and corporate performance. 
  • Ensures that operations and strategic plans are implemented as planned and objectives are being met 
  • Supports the Human Resources (HR) Team with coaching and succession planning for senior level employees 
  • Serves as the final authority on various matters including payments, trainings, vacation leave for senior management and projects among many others. 

The Executive Administration Office is also responsible for managing the office supplies for the Sans Souci Administrative building. 

Additionally, because all incoming correspondence goes to the Executive Administrative Office, the Office is responsible for reviewing and distributing all incoming correspondence.
