Rodney Bay Customer Service Office

In order to provide more convenient ways for our customers to do business with LUCELEC, the Company established a Customer Service office in Rodney Bay. The Office is located in the Providence centre.

Currently all customer enquiries, requests and payments are handled at the Company's three administrative offices in Castries, Rodney Bay, Vieux Fort.

Payment transactions can also be conducted at a number of banks, Bill Express outlets, and at Credit Cooperatives island wide. Online banking is also available to customers of the Bank of Nova Scotia and Bank of St. Lucia. There is also an automated telephone inquiry service, which allows customers to receive 24-hour account information at a time of their convenience.

Customers are encouraged to continue to use the available remote options, which provide efficient and seamless service from the comfort of the home or office. These include:

  1. The MyAccount service at myaccount.lucelec.com to monitor accounts and pay bills online.
  2. Access to all customer services except bill payments, by mobile phone or WhatsApp message using 285-6796, 285-7859, 285-3593, 285-3329 and 285-8640.
  3. Email [email protected] for service requests or inquiries.
  4. The Automated Account Inquiry Service at 457-4433 for bill balances.
